1. Faulty or Damaged Items
All our products are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos of the product
Once reviewed by our quality team, we will offer one of the following:

A full refund

A replacement item

A similar product of equal value
If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
To qualify:

The item must be unused

In its original packaging

In resellable condition
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

We will issue the refund within 7 working days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used cosmetics

Personal care items that have been opened
Unless they are faulty.
5. Items Returned Without Notice
Items returned without prior contact, outside the return window, or not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the customer.
Important
We do not charge restocking fees.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
